These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through scity.es, owned by Illia Bondarenko, trading as "SportCity", Tax ID (NIF) Y4554843Y, address Calle Dalias 9, 03189 Orihuela, Alicante, Spain. For more on our identity, see our Legal Notice.

1. Prices

All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately before checkout is completed.

2. Payment methods

Payment is made by credit or debit card via Stripe, a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment platform. SportCity never stores your full card details.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout Spain. Shipping is free for orders over €60; below that amount, the shipping cost shown during checkout applies. Delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary by location and product availability.

5. Warranty

All products carry the 3-year legal warranty against non-conformity, as provided under Spanish consumer law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the buyer is a consumer, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to their right to use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
