1. Prices

Prices include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are displayed separately before payment.

2. Payment

Pay by credit or debit card through Stripe. SportCity does not store your full card details.

3. Delivery

We deliver to mainland Spain only (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Delivery methods and the final shipping charge are shown during checkout. Standard delivery is free from €60 where that method is available. Delivery depends on destination and stock availability.

4. Returns and withdrawal

Read our Returns and withdrawal policy for deadlines, instructions and costs. In-store returns are free; postal returns may incur the charge stated in that policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Warranty

Products carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity under applicable Spanish consumer law.

Contact us through our contact page for complaints. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. For consumers, the competent courts are those provided by applicable consumer law.
