You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in line with EU consumer protection law.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
• Include your proof of purchase or order number.

How to return an item

Refund

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
